PROFESSIONAL
Started Insurance career in 1981 at Steinberg Agency, Inc. that was founded by
Michael's father, Joseph M. Steinberg in 1957.
Received in depth training in each of the following departments:
- Clerical / Administrative
- Personal Lines
- Claims
- Accounting
- Bonding
- Commercial Service
- Commercial Sales
Since 1992, Mr. Steinberg has served as a Sales Manager at numerous agencies,
helping to develop and implement effective marketing strategies as well as train and
educate new and existing sales staff.
In addition to the extensive agency experience, Mr. Steinberg also trained at Chubb &
Sons Insurance Company, both in their branch office on Long Island, and the
headquarters in New Jersey.
Training included being mentored by Underwriting managers and various department
heads as well as weekly Loss Control field inspections.
